Not providing this information may result in cancellation of your Machu Picchu tour. Machu Picchu entrance ticket and railway tickets Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu/Cusco will be sent by email. Our staff will send the hotels confirmed on next 72 hours. Please provide information about your arrival flight for pick up.
The guided tour inside Machu Picchu takes around 3 hours following a delimited route, 1 or 2. Both routes are quite the same, the park rangers will indicate the route inside the citadel depending of the capacity in the inca terraces.
Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning. Arrival by noon is too late.

Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
